The purpose of this event is to showcase to networkers the diversity of Networking Organizations and Chambers of Commerce in the Tampa Bay area; and for these organizations to increase membership. 15 Expo Tables are also available for Businesses at $100 each, which includes two admission tickets. Five experts will present on achieving networking success. Expected attendance: 300+. 15 Expo Tables are available FREE to Networking Organizations and Chambers of Commerce. Conditions for Business Tables 1) Expo vendor set-up time is 12:30 - 1:30 pm. 2) Expo table location is first come, first served. 3) As event lasts until 8:00 pm, vendors must agree to maintain their full expo display until at least 7:30 pm. 4) Two free admission tickets are included with your registration so you can "man" your table. Additional help at your table must pay admission fee. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chamber Info (free tickets): Agreement 1) We understand this is a cooperative and abundance based networking event for ALL networking groups, Chambers of Commerce, members of ALL networking groups and chambers, ALL networkers, individuals and businesses new and familiar to networking. 2) We understand that the cost to present our networking group or Chamber at this event isFREE, but that we must register in advance, and networking groups/Chambers are limited to 15. 3) We understand that we will have a display Expo table to promote our networking group or Chamber for the purpose of attracting new members and advising attendees of the unique advantages of our organization. 4) Free Networking International will promote this event and all registered networking groups on the www.FreeNetworkingInternational.com web site, and in frequent e-mail promotion and press releases. 5) We understand that even though Free Networking International is the organizer of this event, FNI will not have more expo display table area exposure at this event. FNI considers itself, at the most, an equal participant. 6) We agree that there will be no individual business promotion at the networking group/Chamber display table areas, i.e. members or representatives of networking groups and chambers are not allowed to promote their individual businesses at these display areas. (Of course individuals and networking group/Chamber representatives are allowed to promote their own businesses through individual networking or purchase of an individual business expo table. 7) We understand that set-up time is 12:30 - 1:30 pm and that our Expo table will be fully set up by 1:30 pm. 8) We understand that Expo table location is first come, first served. 9) We also agree that, as the event lasts until 8:00 pm, we will maintain our full expo display until at least 7:30 pm. 10) We understand that TWO free admission tickets are included with your registration so we can "man" our table, and that additional help, if needed, must pay admission fee.
